Nutrition Coaching

There's so much information about nutrition and fitness thrown at us regularly that it can be difficult to know what is right for you, and what is hype. I have tried plenty of diets and followed so many plans. I liked some, didn't find success with others. What worked for me may or may not work for you. The key is to use your individual history, lifestyle, and goals to find a balance of overall wellness, fitness, and happiness. I'll help you with healthy recipes you enjoy, workouts that fit into your life, and habits to which you can adhere longterm.

So much of nutrition and fitness is mindset. We focus much of our time on mindset, on education, and on approaching your nutrition from all aspects of your life. It helps to have someone to talk through your routines and your thoughts around food. We can open your mind, get rid of food rules, and achieve food freedom while also working towards a healthier you.

 

After an initial phone consultation, we will connect daily through texting and email to see how your plan is working as well as for check-ins, weekly goal setting and support! Please contact me for more information on nutrition coaching!

Online Fitness Programming and Coaching

If you are someone who likes to workout but isn't sure what to do or how to structure your workouts, but you may not have time in your schedule to personal train, I got you. 

​

Workout programming is personalized for your individual goals, and preferences. I will create a workout plan for you, with you so that you may modify and provide feedback. Once finalized, I will send a google spreadsheet with the detailed workouts and videos, if you choose.  

 

If you also would like some accountability, I provide a once a week check in on your workout plan to help with progressions, modifications, and program adherence.  Please contact me for more information on programming coaching options!
