Two 45-50 min workout videos per week to do at home, or the gym, when it works for your schedule.

Access to personal training advice and guidance so you can modify and progress the workouts for you, at a fraction of the cost of personal training.

Discussions on mindset, nutrition, and exercise science so you leave the program with more education on how to workout smarter for your goals!
